It was a real pleasure to chat with Ben at The Anthony Seddon Fund.
Based in Ashton-under-Lyne, in the Anthony Seddon Centre, they do amazing work supporting the mental well-being of people in and around #OurTameside.
The centre is a really friendly, welcoming place to find someone to talk with and someone who’ll listen. They offer a range of volunteer-led peer support groups, bereavement groups, therapeutic activities and regular events.
It was a real honour to hear about Anthony, why the fund and centre were setup and why they all do what they do in his memory.
